The Prackfolerhof in Fiè offers beautifully decorated apartments. The spacious units can accommodate 2-4 or 2-6 people and have comfortable furnishings. From your private balcony or terrace you will enjoy fabulous views of the surrounding mountains. Lots of wood creates a comfortable atmosphere and paintings by local artists enhance the tasteful

ambience in the apartments in Fiè. All apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen with electrical appliances, cooking facilities, dishwasher, oven and much more. Towels and linens are provided and available when needed, we equip the apartment with a cot and high chair for the youngest holidaymakers. Children up to the age of six years stay free of charge in the apartments. The outdoor area includes

a children’s playground with trampoline, slide, swing and sandpit and a well-kept lawn. A sun terrace with barbecue is also available. Herbs can be found according to the season in our herb garden. In addition, you will find all sorts of rural delicacies from our own production in our original farm shop. Gladly, our guests can take advantage of the popular bread delivery service.

Prices and discounts

• Prices are per apartment per day for 2 persons.
• For every additional person we charge 15,00 €/day
• The prices quoted are per day for a minimum stay of 5 days. For stays less than 5 days we charge a surcharge.
• Dog € 10,00 per day
• On departure day, please leave your holiday apartment not later than 10 clock.
• On arrival day the apartment will ready for you starting on 14 clock.

The tourist tax is added to the basic price. The charge will be 1,75 € per person and day (starting from the age of 14) and has to be paid right away on the farm.

• Breakfasts are prepared with our own farm produce, according to season and availability: fruit, eggs, jams and jellies, apple juice, compote, dandelion honey, dark bread, pastries and syrups in addition to locally churned yoghurt, muesli, two different kinds of sausage, cheese, milk, coffee, tea, or cocoa and butter. On request, we are happy to serve our region’s traditional mid-morning and tea-time snacks in our recreation room.
• Our recreation room is always open: you can browse through our library, play one on the games in its game corner, or provide yourself with a bottle of wine. If needed, you can also make use of the refrigerator in the breakfast kitchen or the freezer in the cellar. You have only to ask.
• We also offer a weekly tour of the farm, inclusive of wine tasting, and will inform you of the time and date in advance.

• Shopping: Prackfolerhof is close to any number of shopping possibilities: the Pircher Market and the Tratter Bakery in Tires (ca. 5 km), or the Farmers’ Co-Op and various other markets as well as the Maria Pharmacy in Fiè (ca. 6 km).
• A number of restaurants are also in the near vicinity, at a distance of ca. 2 km: Laitenkeller,  Gasthof Schönblick, Alter Fausthof, Fronthof, Presulis kitchen, Umser Mühlele and Innerperskolerhof to name but a few.

Cancellation
Your room reservation is confirmed and binding for both parties.

Room cancellations are only valid if submitted in written form.

• Up to 3 months before the start of your holiday: no cancellation fees / from 3 months to 1 month:
• we will invoice you for 40 % / from 1 months before the start of your holiday or if you finish your holiday earlier:
• we will invoice you for 80% of your pre-booked stay
• in the last week we’ll ask 90% of your pre-booked
